We ship orders across all major cities and regions in India. For remote or out-of-delivery areas, additional delivery time or coordination may be required.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
  • Express Delivery: Available for select locations at an additional charge
  • Bulk or pallet-sized orders may require extra handling time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be available on select products or orders over a specified value (check promotional offers).
  • For bulk orders, shipping will be discussed and confirmed during the quotation process.

5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at hello@packly.in. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
