Refund policy

At Packly.in, operated by Total Pack, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product does not match the description on our website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID and invoice)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@packly.in with your order details and clear images (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee for bulk or custom orders

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom-printed or custom-sized packaging materials

  • Items sold under clearance or special discount categories
