Cancellations & Refunds

Packly.in, operated by Total Pack, is committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at support@packly.in or call us at 080 68955640 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Order canceled before dispatch
  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Non-availability of stock after payment (we will notify you and initiate the refund)

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide images and details of the issue to help us verify the claim.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via NEFT/UPI to your bank account after verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling after delivery
  • Requests made beyond 48 hours of product delivery
  • Custom or made-to-order packaging items
  • Minor color or material variations due to screen/display differences
